Why do we stop dancing when it reduces anxiety and stress? Dancing drastically reduces the risk of developing dementia and Alzheimers while improving heart function and can burn 443 calories an hour. Dancing improves balance and improves social connectivity .. plus its a non judgemental atmosphere and we laugh lots ;)
