URBAN DANCE CONNECTION

LATEST NEWS

Hello UDC families.

And warmest welcomes to our 24th season.

Thank you for registering with us.

We are so excited to have you all!

Our biggest priority is the safety and health of our students and we will be doing the absolute most we can to keep our studio a safe place. What we are about.....

It is the soul mission of Urban Dance Connection to create a safe, judgement-free space encouraging growth of self expression and self-esteem.

Watching students find their unique talents and build friendships through a creative outlet whether pursuing recreational dance, competitive or company programming it is super important to us to make sure that the arts are handed down to the next generation in a postitive form.

Below will follow our drop off and pick up, tips, new families and Shows.

Please read thoroughly.

First week back September 11th-14th

-please do not park in front of cr hot tubs or sage spa

-Pick up will be at the back of the building near side entrance at black gate

Please be on time for pick up.

Payments:

Payments are prorated over 10 months. Amount will be taken out the first of every month. If paying with E-transfers please send in by the first to avoid late fees.

Please include child’s name and make the password: dance

If by any reason you wish to cancel, there’s a one month cancellation fee. So please let us know as soon as possible via email as cancelations are date stamped by our system.

Preschool parents:

-We have set up a drop off plan for our little ones who may be nervous about coming into class.

-Parents & student will walk in together through front door to the studio where they will drop off child. Then exit through side door when class has started.

-If student is having a hard time in classroom we will text parent to come inside and come into the studio and help child get back into the flow of class.

-please make sure all cellphone information is caught up to date on jack rabbit so we have your direct information.

-we have found in our years, little ones can get distracted with parents or eyes watching them during class time, so we have lightly arranged this way to keep students engaged and grow their own independence.

New Families:

Welcome to our studio we are so happy to have you. We will do a walk through with all new families Sunday September 10th 4:00-5:00 pm through the studio with owner Heather Larkam and assistant director Lauren Welde so you can gain familiarity with our facilities and get any questions answered for a successful season with student.  We understand you may have questions, so please do not hesitate to message on our Facebook, Instagram or email in.

We are always happy to help you!!
